I'm writing this to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, primarily as a cautionary tale for others; I truly hope no one else falls into the same trap I did. While the sales staff seemed warm and welcoming in person, if you are a genuine watch lover and want to start a sustainable relationship, you will most likely be disappointed. From my end, my email follow-up was never replied to, and their initial email just asked for my review for my first visit. I simply wished for a candid reply, on time, even like "it is unlikely in 3 months." A business relationship should be built on top of mutual respect and trust, I think. This lack of communication is why I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation with customer service.
Customer: I'm calling because I'm genuinely disappointed. I visited your store a couple of times, expressed interest in a specific piece, and my follow-up email was never replied to. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, that's certainly not the experience we want our clients to have. Can you tell me when you sent that email and what specific piece you were inquiring about? Customer: I sent it about five days ago, after my last visit. It feels like the warmth and welcome only last until you've walked out the door, and then all interest in building a relationship just vanishes. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I apologize for the oversight. That is unacceptable. We absolutely value every client and want to build lasting relationships.
